John has used his vast network in world sport and has formed a concept that will finally give potential professionals a pathway to fulfil their dreams. Also a realist, John understands that only a small percentage will ever make the top flight which why ESA has a strong focus on off field careers and giving students the opportunity of still being involved in their game of choice or in the sports industry in general.

 

John has been a resident of Dubai for 6 years and has a significant footprint into sports development in the Middle East region. Having coached rugby across all ages and demographics, John has formed an impressive list of coaching & administrative achievements. John also manages professional athletes and has brokered deals and endorsements for some of the top sports people in the world. John has also initiated and organised some of the top events in Dubai.
