Woods comes to Elite Sporting Academy with extensive coaching and playing experience. He started his college career at the University of Notre Dame, where he was on the All-Big East Rookie Team, and was named All-Big East and All-East Region. The team won a Big East championship during his time there. He completed his college career at Clemson University, where he was named First-Team All-ACC, First-Team All-South Region and an All-American. He also helped Clemson to an ACC championship.

After college, Woods was the 10th overall pick in the first round of the 2000 Major League Soccer draft by the Colorado Rapids. He has played professionally for the Colorado Rapids and New England Revolution of MLS, as well as the Charleston Battery (Rookie of the Year) Atlanta Silverbacks (Team Captain, All League and Team Player Of The Year) and Virginia Beach Mariners (Defensive Player Of The Year) of USL 1. Woods has been called into  US National team Camp with the U-18, Olympic  Team and full men's national teams.

Woods was the assistant coach at Nichols College (MA) and spent 8 years as the head coach of the Oglethorpe University Women’s Soccer Team.

Jean-Jacques Gregoire (JJ) has played professionally in the U.S. for the Rockford Raptors and the Chicago Stingers.  JJ played his collegiate soccer for Illinois State, where he was a four-year varsity member on scholarship.  He received his B.A. in social sciences and minored in French and geography and Masters in Education.  An experienced coach, he has led teams at both the high-school and club levels.  In Atlanta, he has coached at the Roswell Soccer Club and currently coaches four teams at the prestigious Concorde Fire Soccer Club.  In addition to his playing and coaching career, JJ has served as a teacher specializing in special-needs children.
